With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard L. Osar of Bellevue, Iowa, born in Beardstown, Illinois, who passed away on December 16, 2022 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Osar and Kathryn Osar (Bell); and his sister-in-law Carol Osar. He is survived by: his family, Bellevue, Richard and Karen; his wife Karen Hulke; his children, Kevin Osar (Evelyn Chavez), Mark Osar, Cari Nemmers (Lance) and Brian Osar (Stacie); his grandchildren, Mari, Justyn, Nikolette, Brock, Dylan, Anthony (Myra), Brian and Cara; his great grandchildren, Anna, Karen, Anthony, Austin, Bella and Braxton; and his brothers, Robert and William Osar.
Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer's Association in Richard's memory.
