He was predeceased by: his wife Sharyn Lee Conard; and his brothers, Tom and Warren Symonds. He is survived by: his children, Tracey Rubel (John) of Bellevue, Shireen Symonds of Platteville and Richard Luke Symonds (Shannon) of Rockford, Illinois; his grandchildren, Paige Timm (Mike), Carly Boge (Dustin), Reilly Herrera (Alex), Samantha Symonds, Alex Symonds-Ruiz (Taylor), Mackenzie Symonds and Luke Symonds; his great grandchildren, Levi, Vae'ah, Harper and Maeve; his siblings, Jerry Symonds (Colleen) and Jeff Worf (Donna); his sister-in-law Lois Symonds; and his pet Tommy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hospice of Jackson County or Bellevue Rotary Club in Richard's memory.
