She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilfred Connelly and Wanda Connelly (Fesler); her brother Patrick Connelly; and her nephew Morgan. She is survived by: her sons, T. J. Kalmes (Angie) and Dallas Kalmes (Nikki); her grandchildren, Daisie, Kian and Korrin; her siblings, Michael Connelly, Jackie Cram (Faron) and Tammy Connelly; and her nieces, Cathy, Shannon, Wendy, Deanna and Kari.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established in Lisa's memory for the Dubuque Regional Humane Society.
