He is survived by : his wife Shelly; his children, Colby Kieffer (Ashley) and Tayler Schwager (Josh Blake); his granddaughters, Madison Jo and Sophia Kieffer; his siblings, Dennis Kieffer (Lynn), John Kieffer (Sue), Tom Kieffer, Mary Sieverding (Loras) and Kathy Davis (Tom); his mother-in-law Mary Ann Schwager (Rick Plowman); his sisters-in-law, Sherri Scheckel (John) and Staci Felderman (Heath). In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Joe's memory.
