He is survived by: his nephews, Dennis and Jason; his daughters, Julie Hartwick (James) of Benton, WI and Victoria Conrad of Mitchellville, IA; and his siblings, Bill Conrad (Darlene) of Epworth, Daniel Conrad (Jackie) of Cascade, Ronald Conrad (Sandy) of Dubuque and Joan Hoefler (Clem) of New Vienna. He is also survived by 4 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
