With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jeremy Theisen of Bellevue, Iowa, who passed away on August 19, 2020 at the age of 45. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandfather Dwain Junk; his aunts, Jane Junk and Kathy Lombardi; his cousin Jaydn; and his uncle Tim Kunkel.

He is survived by: his parents, Jerry Theisen and Karen Theisen (Junk); his former wife Jenny Helbing; his wife Erica Hayward; his children, Megan (Tyler Keuter), Jaelyn, Josie, Jenna, Reese and Ray Theisen; his siblings, Jessica Theisen and Tyler Theisen (Lisa); his nieces and nephews, Livvy and Mya; his grandparents, Ray, Doris Theisen and Marcella "Babe" Junk; his parents-in-law, Sandra and Robert Hayward; his aunts and uncles, Jim Theisen (Pat), Judy Merritt (Butch), Jeff Theisen (Trudy), Joe Theisen (Lisa), Jay Theisen (Jenny), Jon Theisen (Lisa), Steve Junk (Elaine), Tim Junk, Kay Konrardy (Dave) and Kim Timp (Thomas); and his pet Wrigley. He is also survived by numerous cousins and extended relatives.

It is required to utilize masks during the visitation at the church and at the funeral mass due to the COVID-19 Pandemic.
