He was predeceased by: his parents, Gaylon C. Seeley and Dorothy E. Seeley (Schuster); and his brothers, Tom and John. He is survived by: his wife Karen A. Kramer; his children, Jim Seeley (Mary) of Charlotte, N. C., Kevin Jones (Susan) of Clarence, IA, Tim Jones of Cedar Rapids, IA, Sean Jones of Waterloo, IA and Heather Seeley (Michael Henry) of Dubuque, IA; and his sister-in-law Shirley Seeley of Dubuque, IA.. He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers a memorial fund has been established.
