He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Burken and Arletta Burken (Lovell); his siblings, Daryl Burken, Merle Burken, Allan Burken (Carline) and Denis Burken (Mary); his brother-in-law LeRoy Lamp; his father-in-law Lawrence Griebel, Jr.; and his godson Broc Burken.
He is survived by: his wife Angela Griebel-Weber of Joseph's Catholic Church; his sons, Matt Burken (Katie) and Adam Burken (Krystal); his stepson Reese Frohling (Molly); his grandchildren, Ben, Emma, Beau, Aubrey, Koleman, Gunnar, Lawrence and Tate; his siblings, Kevin Burken (Jackie), Brian Burken (Elaine), Roger Burken (Mary), Linda Lamp, Donna Hotchkiss (David), Joyce Rogis (JP) and Diane Mullin (Pat); his mother-in-law Mary Lou Griebel (Ernst); and his siblings-in-law, Patsy Burken, Sharon Burken and Bruce Griebel (Donna). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
