It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Catherine Gottschalk (Bellevue, Iowa), born in Dubuque, Iowa, who passed away on February 24, 2018, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Sonny; her parents, Edward Traut and Lucille Traut; and her siblings, George, Frank, Eleanor Vorman and Mary Ansel.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Gordon (Terry) of Dubuque, IA, Vickie Gottschalk (Ronnie Snyder) of Wyoming, IA and Ray "Bouck" Gottschalk (Lisa) of Maquoketa, IA.; and her sister Margaret "Peg" Meyers of Dubuque. She is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, a Catherine Janaan Gottschalk Memorial Fund has been established.
