She is survived by: her children, Terri Howes (Steve) of Fairfax and Steve Edwards (Sue) of Overland Park, Kansas; her grandchildren, Stacey Howes of Lakewood, Luke Howes of Mountain View, Hunter Edwards (Shanell) of Shawnee and Cole Edwards of Overland Park; her siblings-in-law, Jane Patterson (Griebel) and Dennis Hal Edwards (Monica); her nieces, Justine Flanagan (Patterson) of Imperial, Katie Edwards of Farmington, Kelly Ehli (Sheldon) of Fargo and Krysten Edwards (Derek Hughes) of Eagan; her nephew Jeff Patterson (Meagan) of Ankeny, Iowa.; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Ian Flanagan, Alex Ehli, Will Ehli, Jonah Hughes, Elliot Hughes, Wesley Hughes, Emily Kallbrier (Eric) and Olivia Ehli; and also Nora Sue Edwards of Shawnee, Kansas..
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being set up in her honor with the Alzheimer's Association for Alzheimer's and Dementia Research.
