It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of BVM Ann Harrington (Bellevue, Iowa), who passed away on December 18, 2024, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though BVM may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those BVM touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Harrington and Tonnita Harrington (Freiman); and her siblings, Helen Harrington, Mary Resch (Eddie), Kathleen "Katie" Harrington, Thomas (Nancy), Timothy and Joseph Harrington.
She is survived by: her brother Michael Harrington; and her sister-in-law Marian "PeeWee" Harrington.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 9:00 AM at the Mary Frances Clarke Chapel at Mount Carmel Bluffs. A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, December 27th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the Mundelein College.
