She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Kilburg and Augusta Kilburg (Puetz); her spouse Vivian "Ike" Bormann; her sisters, Millie Haxmeier, Marcy Roling and Ruth Heiar; and her in-laws, LeRoy Kilburg (Kathleen), Lucille Bormann (Sylvester "Ves"), Wayne "Bud" Haxmeier, Glenn Roling, Allen "Allie" Heiar, Merlin Kilburg and Jean Hoffmann (Allan).
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Velma Kilburg; and her nieces and nephews, Marla Daniels, LaVonne Walgamuth, Donna Noonan, Mary Ellen Bormann, Kevin, Jamie Kilburg and Glen Borman. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and great and great-great nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Bernice's memory.
