She is survived by: her significant other James H. Uchytil; her children, Kevin Uchytil (Christa) of Rapid City, SD and Kim Slaymaker (Jeff) of Belle Plaine, IA.; her grandchildren, Justin Uchytil (Carissa) of Rapid City, Chad Uchytil (Madison) of Rapid City, Chelsea Wynia (Cody) of Rapid City, Tyler Hartz (Kristen) and Zacary Slaymaker of Belle Plaine; and her great grandchildren, Tate Uchytil, Kennedy Uchytil, Griffin Uchytil, Hartz and Wynia.
