He was predeceased by: his parents, George Radeke and Doris Radeke (Noska); his brother Allen Radeke; and his parents-in-law, Leonard and Lillian Upah.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Radeke; his children, Amy Symonds (Todd Stallman), Angie Radeke (T. J. Smith) and Rod Radeke; his granddaughter Alexis Symonds (Tylor Barnes); and his siblings, Steve Radeke (Joanne) and Jo Johnson (Dale).
