He is survived by: his former wife Mary Schmidt; his daughter Dawn Reed (Doug); his grandchildren, Mai'Le King (Austin), Ben Reed, AJ Novotny and Brice Novotny; his great grandchildren, Kyler and Emery King; his siblings, Marvin, Al Novotny and Beverly DeNeve; his close friend Patsy Musel; and also, Kevin, Mark Musel (Teri Ann), Kelly Hinschberger (Dean) and Matt Musel (Brandi).
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Michael's Catholic Church, Duck's Unlimited, or the NRA.
