She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Fredrick Phillips and Cyntitha Phillips (Jewell); her husband Henry Columbus Risner Jr.; her grandfather Harvey Phillips; her children, Helen Witt (Virgil) of Belle Plaine, Harold Risner (Fay) of Keystone, Kathy Wisecarver of State Center and Aubrey Risner of Belle Plaine; her sister Marie Young (Floyd) of Bigelow, AR; her close friends, Deb, Larry Stull of Belle Plaine and Mary Shave of Belle Plaine; her children-in-law, Jerry Wisecarver and Connie Kasal Risner; her grandchildren, Kathleen and Andrew Risner; and her siblings, Ethel Risner (Frandell), Gladys Powell (Elmer) and Howard Phillips (Velma). She was also cherished by six grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren.
