With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Melissa A. Bartlett of Belle Plaine, Iowa, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 28, 2025 at the age of 51. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her mother Kathy Cornelis (Shellenberger); her sister-in-law Kathy Everett of Fairfax; and her uncle Jack Eirp of Cedar Rapids. She is survived by: her father Richard Cornelis; and her children, Richard (Kathy Cornelis), John Bartlett of Belle Plaine, Zack Bartlett of Belle Plaine and Behre Anderson (Perry) of Keystone.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Hrabak-Neuhaus Funeral Service (1704 7th Ave, Belle Plaine, IA 52208-1036). A burial was held on Thursday, March 6th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the International Cemetery (1602 77th St Dr, Luzerne, IA 52257).
