He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd J. Upah and Adeline A. Upah (Kubu); his sister Bev Morris; and his sister-in-law Lynn Upah. He is survived by: his daughter Alicia Sherman; his granddaughter Shayla Helgeson of Marengo; his siblings, Ron Upah of Nebraska, Tom Upah (Ellen) of Chelesa, Loretta McNeely of Oregon and Flossie Pippert (Bob) of Gladbrook; his former wives, Wendy Boyer and Lisa Bevins; and his stepsons, Beau Jack (Britni) and Blake Jack.
