He is survived by: his father Pat Womack of Huntland, TN; his children, Misti Sanders (Paul) of Elora, TN, Christina Cremeans (Richie) of Huntland, TN and Trenton Horton of Lynchburg, TN; his grandchildren, Paige, Drake, Deric, Jaelynne, Emily, Bella, Jaxon and Peyton; his great grandchildren, Kingston, Rylie and Ellie Mae; his granddaughters, Sherry Norgard and Anita Berry; and his close friend Lisa Wiebke of Belle Plaine.
