With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances A. Kozik of Belle Plaine, Iowa, who passed away on August 30, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Don; and her siblings, Charles, Louie, Joseph, Steve and Lucille Plesek.

She is survived by: her children, Sherri Swearengin (KC) of Belle Plaine, Doug Kozik (Linda) of Belle Plaine and Janet Johnson (Doug) of Belle Plaine; her grandchildren, CJ Schminke (Jessica), Brooke Ivester (Anthony), Garrett Kozik (Janet), Brittani Von Roden (Bryon), Morgan Mitchell (Cory), Bailey VanCura (Brian), Abbie Marion (Matt), Lindsey Fisher (Tyler), Tyler Johnson (Jolene) and Summer Swearengin; her sisters, Ann McAtee of Davenport and Barb Rychnovsky of Belle Plaine; and her siblings-in-law, Virgil Kozik of Belle Plaine and Alma Pech of Belle Plaine. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; 5 step-great-grandchildren.
