He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis Vandivier and Mary Vandivier (Gordon); and his brothers, Eddie, Venice and Gordon "Dale".
He is survived by: his former wife Bonnie Hilton; his wife Glena; his children, Calvin Vandivier of Florida, Theresa Vandivier of Alabama and Vicki Teator of Florida; his adoptive daughter Theresa Kristine of New Mexico; and his siblings, Margaret Clark of Belle Plaine, Carol Novotny of Cedar Rapids, Kay Hartgrave of Newhall, Ernie Vandivier and Jim Vandivier of Cedar Rapids. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, family and friends.
