He was predeceased by: his parents, David R. Fish Sr. and Katheryn Fish (Boyd). He is survived by: his brother Craig Fish (Donna); his nephew Ryan (Abby); his nephew Blake (Becca); and also, Riley and Parker. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
