We are sad to announce that on June 21, 2020, at the age of 79, Barbara Ann Quinlan of Belle Plaine, Iowa, born in Dubuque, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Berkley and Rosemary Berkley (Vogel); her son-in-law Kenny Wauters; her brother Bill Berkley; and her brothers-in-law, Ed Coleman and Harry Quinlan.

She is survived by: her husband Gary T. Quinlan of Belle Plaine; her children, Lynn O'Neill (Pat) of Solon, Lori Wauters of Belle Plaine, Gary J. Quinlan (Tammi) of Montezuma, Karen Urban (Brian) of Cedar Rapids and Brian Quinlan (Cindy) of Wake Forest, NC; her sisters, Joyce Coleman of Dubuque and Mary Manderscheid (Duane); and her grandchildren, Melissa, Jordyn, Jazzmyn, Riley, Jason, Quintin, Josh, Cole and Abbie.
