He was predeceased by: his parents, John Evald and Helena Hansina Noer; his wife Carole Walker; his daughter Cathy; his siblings, Ellen Stevenson, Beatrice Nagel, Gertrude Ragan and Robert; and his stepbrother Larry Blasgen.
He is survived by: his children, Caren (Jim Jones) of Overland Park, Kansas and Vic Jr. (Maia Noer) of Prior Lake, Minnesota; his daughter-in-law Maria German of Prior Lake, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Megan Scott of Wellington, Florida, Andrea Scott of Oxford, Mississippi, Devon Noer of Shakopee, Minnesota and Angela Noer of Prior Lake, Minnesota; his great grandchildren, Lyla, Luca and Lilia Noer of Prior Lake, Minnesota; his brother John (Dorothy Noer) of Grinnell; his half-brother Kurt Noer of Virginia Beach, Virginia; and his stepbrother Thomas Blasgen. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and countless friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the United Christian Presbyterian Church (1500 Industrial Ave, Bedford, IA 50833).
