He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Andresen and Rhetta Andresen (Smith); his brothers, Max and Gene Andresen; and his close friend Paula Mangiamelli.
He is survived by: his children, Harvey (Patty Andresen Jr.) and Jessie (Randy Wilmes); and his siblings, Lyle (Linda Andresen), Gail (Kathy Andresen), Nona Farnsworth of Omaha, NE. and Faye Amick of Omaha, NE.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren.
