He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Biley and Rowena Biley (Peregrine) of Prescott, IA; and his grandson Corbyn Biley. He is survived by: his wife Sue Biley (Henthorne) of Prescott, IA; his children, Michael Biley (Ann) of Vista, CA, James Biley (Debra) of Plymouth, WI, Lisa Krekling (Douglas) of Richfield, WI and Steven Biley (Susie) of Grimes, IA; his grandchildren, Nicole Raquet of Sheboygan, WI, Benjamin Biley (Courtney), Hilary Krekling of New Berlin, WI, Trevor Biley of Dunlap, IA, Erika Biley of Vista, CA, Connor Biley of Vista, CA and Brigette Biley of Cedar Falls, IA; his sister Roberta Lowrance (Outhier); and also Carl J. Peregrine. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
