She was predeceased by: her parents, Gerald Paul and Bonnie Jean Evans (Wiltsey); and her husband Max Anderson. She is survived by: her children, Bruce Vasey, Melissia Mathews (Dan), Mindy Fritz (Jeff) and Kelly Sprecher (Blake); her grandchildren, Jacob Mathews (Megan), Shailah Mathews, Luke Mathews, Shelbey Baade (Drake), Jacey Fritz, Brooklyn Sprecher and Karlee Sprecher; her great grandchildren, Jonah Mathews and Rhenan Baade; and her brother Garry Evans.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Collins Public Library or to the Collins Community Center in memory of Elaine.
