She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Jacobson and Esther Jacobson; her husband Wayne Brown; her parents-in-law, John Keith and Odessa Brown; her sister Velma Jean Jacobson Dagit; her siblings-in-law, Larry Dagit, Bernice Bass and John "Jack" Bass; her son Steve Brown of Ida Grove; and her daughter-in-law Dorothy "Dot" Nepper Brown.
She is survived by: her son Jerry Brown (Kristie) of Algona, Iowa; her grandchildren, Linda Seuferer (Rande) of Milo, Lori Brown McGivney of Bayard, Iowa, Grant Seuferer, Bryant Seuferer (Rebekah), Brooke Seuferer (Trent Verwers), Gavin McGivney (Xenia), Devi Ray (Mike) and Damion Nepper (Robyn); her great grandchildren, Valerie Verwers, Colby Eason (Michael), Gage Nepper, Landon Ray and Chesney Nepper; her great great grandchildren, Jaxden and Taytum Pierson; her sister Donna Loof (Roger); and her sisters-in-law, Elaine Seaman (Robert) of Carroll and Lois Taylor (Merlin) of Cedar Falls, Iowa..
