It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ernest Eugene Zickefoose (Bayard, Iowa), born in Des Moines, Iowa, who passed away on December 27, 2019, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Zickefoose and Eldora Zickefoose (Hicks). He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Zickefoose of Bayard; his children, Ben Zickefoose of Des Moines, Joy Konchalski of Des Moines, Cody Zickefoose (Whitney) of Panora, Samantha Johnson (Stephen) of Louisville, KY and Ernie Zickefoose, Jr.; his stepson Tony Wesse of Bayard; and his brothers, Russell and Donnie Zickefoose. He is also survived by many grandchildren & great-grandchildren.
