She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Collings and Katherine Collings; and her son Stuart O'Hara. She is survived by: her children, Donella Anderson, Annette Condon (Rick), Ray O'Hara (Cindy), Kelly O'Hara (Gigi) and Michelle Nighter; her siblings, Beverly Adkins and David Collings (Judy); and her grandchildren, Christi Black (Dave), Jocelyn O'Hara (Mike), Jason O'Hara, Justin O'Hara (Sienna), Daijha Bryant, Chris White (Sara), Courtney Porter (Courtnei), Nathan Walker (Brittany), Jessica Andersen (Mark), Casey O'Hara, Kelsey Trejo (Joey), Sophie O'Hara, Jack O'Hara, Tyson Reed, Josh O'Hara (Kirstie), Jayme O'Hara, Jeremy O'Hara (Mary Beth), Jacob O'Hara (Ashley) and Jenna O'Hara. She is also survived by 27 great-grandchildren; 1 great-great- granddaughter; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
