He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Kielly and Dorothy Kielly (Williams); his wife Joanne Allan; his sister Pat Oetker; his siblings-in-law, Bill Oetker, Bud Allan and Beth Allan; and his niece Jacki Oetker.
He is survived by: his children, David Kielly (Carol), Canice Connelly (Bruce), Teresa Fuchs (Randy) and Marty Kielly (Liz); his grandchildren, Josh Fuchs (Heather), Jeff Fuchs (Jennifer), Kristy Winfield (Ian), Ashley Kucera (Rick), Alyssa Plunkett (Shawn), Sarah Blunt (Zach), Hannah Kielly (Nick Waite) and Morgan Kielly; and his siblings, Billy Kielly (Sharon), Mike Kielly (Becky) and Shiela Kielly. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and close friends.
