He is survived by: his wife Vicki Kelsey of Baxter, IA; his sons, Nathan Kelsey of Des Moines, IA and Ty Kelsey (Patricia); his granddaughter Madilynn (Don); and his siblings, Bob Kelsey (Lynne) of Kirksville, MO, Richard Kelsey of LaPlata, MO and Evelyn Warren (Fred) of Springfield, MO.
