She was predeceased by: her parents, Herb Knop and Beatrice "Trixie" Knop; her husband Gary McDaniel; and her brother Michael Knop. She is survived by: her boyfriend Steven McDaniel of Council Bluffs, IA; her daughters, Farrah Sherman (John) of Findlay, OH and Brianne Heng (Adam) of Elkhorn, NE; her grandchildren, Gavin Montgomery, Jackson and Addyson Heng; her siblings, Gary Knop of Oshkosh, WI, Jacqueline Struck (Randy) of Schleswig, IA, Linda Knop (Tina) of Old Town, FL and Tracey Newman (D. J.) of Odebolt, IA; and her sister-in-law Susan Knop of Arthur, IA. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christensen-Van Houten Funeral Home of Ida Grove (321 2nd St, Ida Grove, IA 51445).
