With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Orlan L. Ehler (Battle Creek, Iowa), who passed away on October 3, 2019 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Ehler and Alma Ehler; his wife Cathy; and his sisters, Elna Zeitler (Joe) and Evelyn Hinkley (Ray).
He is survived by: his close friend Jim; his children, Mayo Clinic, Paul Ehler (Jean) of Hutchinson, KS and Ann Lohmeier of Ankeny, IA; his grandchildren, Nate (Kerry), Isaac, John, Matthew (Jackie), Jennifer (Clayton) and Adam; his great grandchildren, Nolan, Madeline, Charlotte, Abigail, Finnegan and Greta; and his sister-in-law Ingrid Wilmott. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
