We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2020, at the age of 81, George R. Remer of Battle Creek, Iowa passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George Remer and Lucille Remer (Jordan). He is survived by: his stepgrandchildren, Amanda and Dan; his wife Carol Remer of Battle Creek, IA; his children, Amanda Luscombe (Lane) of Holstein, IA, Dan Remer (Renae) of Ida Grove, IA and Mike Remer of Sioux Falls, SD; his grandchildren, Shelby Johnson (Garrett), Keyona Remer, Kaylynn Luscombe, Kolton Luscombe, Kiara Luscombe, Gavin Remer, Stella Remer and Leo Remer; his brother Robert Remer (Jan) of Boseman, MT; and his cousin Shirley Kennedy of Hinton, IA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the family requests that masks be worn and social distancing rules will apply.
Many years, they hosted "Birthday Parties for Jesus" inviting people to enjoy their festive home, fellowship, and provide donations to various charities.
