She is survived by: her mother Carol Moore of Barnes City; her grandmother Carolyn Hartman of Fairfield; and her aunts and uncles, John Moore, Vicki Foreman of Montezuma, Dennis, Christy Lamb of Grinnell, David, Debbie McQuilkin of Johnston, Gene, Barb Davis of Barnes City, Lloyd Hartman of Des Moines and Jeff Hartman of Fairfield. She is also survived by many other cousins, relatives and friends.
