He is survived by: his wife Janet Arlene Van Maanen; his daughter Susan Upton (Monte) of New Sharon; his grandchild Bailey Sherburne (Jacob); his stepdaughter Nickole Upton; his stepgrandchildren, Jack, Luke, Sam and Sharon Van Dusseldorp (Randy) of New Sharon; his stepdaughter Nicky Ross (Brad); his stepgrandchildren, Keaton, Wesley, Karsen and Addilynn; his siblings, Everett Dunnick, Mary Heberlein (Jack) of Quartz Hill, CA and Nellie Schmidt (Keith) of Ankeny; his siblings-in-law, Walton Van Maanen of Lynnville, LeRoy Van Maanen (Ruth) of Grinnell, Gilbert Van Maanen of Dallas Center, Dennis Van Maanen (Linda) of Kellogg, Rodney Van Maanen (Bev) of Lynnville, Dale Van Maanen (Ruth) of Lynnville, Dorothy Van Maanen of Grinnell, Marilyn Van Maanen of Sully, Karen Van Soelen (Frank) of Sully and Shirley Uitermarkt (Melvin) of Leighton; and also, Travis Van Dusseldorp (Jess), Lenny, Trevor Van Dusseldorp, Shelly Dunnick (Roger Van Ersvelde) of Victor, Eric Robertson, Steven Dunnick (Nancy) of Barnes City, Michael Dunnick, Stacia Dunnick, Jeff Innis, Sharlene Pothoven (Jody) of New Sharon, Amanda Johnston (Mike), Jason, Andy Pothoven (Morgan), Adam Pothoven (Megan), Hayden, Blair and Archer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
