He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Sr. Garrett and Edna Garrett (Smith); and his brother Stanley Garrett. He is survived by: his children, Jesse Garrett of Fort Dodge, Seth Garrett (Nicole Roest) of Duncombe, IA and Lyndsey M. Florey (Billy) of El Cajon, CA; his grandchildren, Kenyon Garrett, Cooper Garrett, Nylez Towne, Jayvynn Garrett, Ze-Dynn Garrett, Jonathan Florey, Ryan Florey, Hailey Roest, Zoey Roest and Colby Roest; and his brother Bill Garrett Jr.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
