He is survived by: his wife Angie Halligan; his children, Kelsey Kelley (Kyle) and Dillon Kelley (Grace); and his siblings, Debra Kelley, Patricia Kelley, Kitt Kelley, Matthew Kelley (Suzanne), Robert "Bob" Kelley, John Kelley (Brenda) and Mark Kelley. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
