He is survived by: his grandchildren, Rachel Ricklefs Destiny (Ashley Howard) and Cummins Jamie Terbush (Jade); his great grandchild Jayden Ricklefs Skyler Roe; his friend Wallace LeRoy Ensley; his wife Delores Ensley of Avoca, Iowa; his children, Debra Ricklefs (Gary Myers) of Davenport, Cindy Ensley of Avoca, Iowa and Allen Ensley (Katherine) of Altus, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Rachel Roe (Curt), Jared Ricklefs (Ashley Howard) and Destiny Cummins (B. J.); and his great grandchildren, Saige Roe, Cooper Cummins, Cara Cummins and Crew Cummins. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
