He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Frum and Violet Frum (Schade); his daughter Brandy; his grandson Jason Woodward; and his brother Jack.
He is survived by: his wife Joan Webber of Shelby, Iowa; his children, Pamela Woodward (Steve Frerichs) of Hinton, Iowa, David Frum (Jackie) of Earling, Iowa and Susan Paulsen (Henry) of Avoca, Iowa; and his brother Barry Frum (Phyllis) of Crescent, Iowa.
In lieu of flowers the family requests a donations be made to: The Cancer Society or Permanently Disabled Jockey Fund.
