He was predeceased by: his parents, John McLaughlin and Margaret McLaughlin (Gessert); his wife Peg Moore; his siblings, Virginia, Frances, Robert, Maxine and Sharon; and his sister-in-law Kris McLaughlin.
He is survived by: his daughter Cheryl; his siblings, Ray McLaughlin of Walnut, Iowa, Arlene Andersen (Ed) of Rochester, Minnesota, Ed McLaughlin of Fremont, Nebraska, Marge Crow (Wade) of Omaha, Nebraska and Joe McLaughlin (Mary) of Mission, Texas; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Sorrells of Walnut, Iowa and Jan McLaughlin of Omaha, Nebraska.
