He was predeceased by: his parents, Bruno Goeser and Mildred Goeser (Weiland); and his brothers, Frank Goeser, Paul Goeser and James Goeser.
He is survived by: his former wife Mary Jane Schleier; his daughters, Patricia (Michael Rzewnicki) of New Smyrna Beach, Florida and Nancy (Curtis Bell); his wife Janie Goeser of Harlan, Iowa; his son Stephen Goeser (Brenda) of Omaha, Nebraska; his siblings, Edward Goeser (Marilyn), John Goeser, Mary Griffin, Theresa (Lawrence Fedewa), Alice Goeser and Larry Goeser; and his sisters-in-law, Debbie Goeser and Janet Goeser. He is also survived by nieces and nephews; other family members and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to Shelby County Health Foundation or St. Michael's Catholic Church in Harlan on his behalf.
