With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnny Edward Sawick (Avoca, Iowa), who passed away on October 29, 2022 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Harry Sawick and Stella Sawick (Martina); his siblings, Helen and Walt; and his granddaughter Whitney.

He is survived by : his children, Ann Mercer (Dennis) of Naples, Florida, Andrea Boyd (Antonio) of Mesa, Arizona, Theresa Noble (Mike) of Sarasota, Florida and Ty Thonvold of Tucson, Arizona; and his siblings, Mike, Bobby, Jenny, Joanna and Tony. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, other family and many friends.
