He is survived by: his wife Maxine of Avoca; his sons, Lynn Sornsen of Omaha and Dr. Steve Sornsen (Linda) of Ames, Iowa.; his granddaughters, Brooke Johnson (Eric), Ashley Terrell (Kevin) of Ames and Mallory Maahs (Adam); and his great grandchildren, Jordyn, Myles Johnson, Henry, Violet, Louis, Georgia Terrell, Emmett and Goldie Maahs.
