She was predeceased by: her parents, Nels Larsen and Viola Larsen (Nelson); her husband Robert "Bob" O'Neill; her son Robert; her brother James Larsen; and her half-brother Kenny Larsen.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph, Mary Kay O'Neill (Paul Edwards) of Chicago, Illinois, Joe O'Neill (Deanna) of Atlantic, Iowa and Tom O'Neill (Lisa Hunt) of Hancock, Iowa; her grandchildren, Danny O'Neill (Michelle Jenkins) of Wasilla, Alaska, Emily Young (Dustin) of Avoca, Shaun of Beloit, Wisconsin, Jennifer of Beloit, Wisconsin, Patrick O'Neill of Beloit, Wisconsin and Noby O'Neill Edwards (Ryan Dalton) of Memphis, Tennessee; and her great grandchildren, Destiny O'Neill of Wasilla, Alaska, Brogyn, Dawson Young of Avoca and Devin.
