He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Clark and Patricia Clark (Kueter); and his sisters, Lisa and Carla. He is survived by: his wife Theresa Clark of Avoca, Iowa; his children, Nathan Clark of Omaha, Nebraska and Alisha Clark (Cory Carlson) of Kimbalton, Iowa; his grandchildren, Peyton, Paisley and Zaylee; and his sister Angela Bachmann (Randall) of Council Bluffs, Iowa.
