It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Connie Colleen Wise of Avoca, Iowa, who passed away on April 18, 2023, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Turk and Irene Turk (Kubelck); her parents-in-law, Paul, B. Beatrice Wise and Bernadette Kirlin Wise; her siblings, Edward "Buzz", Gordon, Wayne, Larry Turk, Beverly Turk and Karen Larson; and her siblings-in-law, George Wise, Mike Wise, Arthur Burley, Dave Larson, Bernadine Burley, Paula Randeris and Rosanne Turk.
She is survived by: her children, Michele Pauley (Gene) of Avoca, Mark Wise (Beth Hargens) of Shelby, Renee Price (Clark) of Shelby and Lynette Nelsen (Dan) of Walnut; her grandchildren, Ashley Krohn (Preston), Danielle Mikels (Daniel), Nicholas Adams (Kelsi), Kyle Bauerkemper, Gabe Pauley, Steven Wise, Amber Price, Cassie Price, Bill Price, Dustin Nelsen (Lesley), Dakota Nelsen (Felicia), Dane Nelsen (Beth), Sidney Nelsen and Kyley Nelsen; her sister Virgilene Koenig of Papillion, NE.; and her siblings-in-law, Charlotte Wise, Theota Nelsen (Lonn), Carolyn Piittmann (Dennis), Margie Szadis, Paula Rosenthal, Patricia Turk and Gary Randeris. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
