She is survived by : her children, Pat, Kathy, Rich, Kevin and John; her husband Mark Haynes Sr.; her children, Jessica Haynes (Troy) of Avoca, IA, Mark Haynes Jr. (Doreen) of Council Bluffs, IA, Jennifer Haynes (Jason) of Minden, IA and Laura Ratlaff of Avoca, IA; her grandchildren, Taylor, Hailey, Logan, Caleb, Dominic, Jordan, Tristan and Kaelee; and her siblings, Gary Dukat (Teri) of Omaha, NE, Monte Dukat (Anne) of Omaha, NE, Edwinna Boyd of Harlan, IA, Valorie Dukat (Robin) of Phoenix, AZ, Pat Merrill (Dar) of Omaha, NE, Kathy Laaker (Rich) of Omaha, NE, Rich Merrill (Kim) of Omaha, NE, Kevin Merrill (Sonia) of Omaha, NE and John. She is also survived by nieces and nephews, other family and many friends.
