He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Harold, Maxine Downer, Clair and Ruth Reiling; and his uncles, Randy Reiling and Richard Downer.
He is survived by: his parents, Jon Richards and Kaye Annette Downer (Reiling) of Lamont; his son Carter Downer of Aurora; his stepchildren, Austin Bissell (Jenny) of Coon Rapids and Dakotah Bissell (Michael) of Oelwein; his stepgrandchildren, Rosalie and Sterling; his siblings, Lisa Douglas (Keith) of Byron, Minnesota and Greg Downer (Katy) of Lamont; and his pet Rudy. He is also survived by Several Aunts, Uncles & Cousins.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, social distancing and masks are suggested at the visitation and service.
